I have never had any trouble. The reps are always friendly and make sure I was taken care of. I have had to call in more times than I count. It was the same as if I was right in front of them, they always give there name and ask if they can do anything more before they thank me and we hang up. I could not ask for better service! I've been using this credit union since the merge of Fellows Cedit Union in the '90s. Recently they changed they're overdraft policy to allow you to get more than you have in your account with your debit card. They do show the amount in your account, but they also show what is available since the amount still includes payments they haven't paid out yet. BUT, they don't add or subtract the money in order. So you have to really keep track of what you withdraw. They used to be quite good before June 2016, and now they charge $25.00 per overdraft that they didn't before. OK bank if you keep exceptional records and don't trust what they say is available.
