It's a bit too expensive for a thrift store that is supposed to help support the communities less fortunate.
Good variety. Love the way the new folks have set it up, much easier to get around and see what's there.
DO NOT DONATE TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!. It used to be a REALLYgood thirft store with really nice staff. They will only take the items on their list and they want to look over everything before they will give you a receipt for your donation. I was in the store a week ago shopping when I heard the staff having a argument with a elderly couple. The staff was saying that they won't take certain items the couple was so annoyed that they left. The same thing happened with me today. The staff is rude and is running the store like it is a consignment store but it isn't it is a thrift store ,well that is what the sign says. There stuff is over priced. I WILL NEVER SHOP OR DONATE THERE AGAIN.
I have shopped and donated at this store for over a decade and always appreciated the fact that my small donations and purchases helped others as well as myself. Unfortunately, the recent changes are unpleasant. Today I went in to donate four large bags of clothes, DVDs,, household items, brand new board games etc.and the clerk, Shannon wanted to pick through the donations as if this was a consignment store. I told her that it was all or nothing, Shannon chose nothing and my donations went elsewhere. This is the second time that I have been spoken to rudely recently and as far as I am concerned this is Goodbye to the Good Buy store in Springfield.
