Food was great when dining in! Great and fast service. Margaritas were much smaller than one would expect! Great family atmosphere!

Average, averagely priced. Could have used more meat in the crab ragoons. Chicken wings were cooked to perfection. Staff was very friendly and tentative.
I have been going here since I could walk practically. My parents were loyal customers for over 10 years. They recently ordered food to go and when I came to visit and was offered some of the food later that same afternoon they had ordered and picked it up I had spotted FLY LARVAE on my food plus some moldy beef. My dad called and talked to Rose the lovely partner to George and she asked him to bring it in. Which would normally be fine but we live over 40 minutes away. So my dad called a second time about 10 minutes later and the only white, American woman they have (you could tell it was her because she had no accent and certainly does not sound like Rose) answered the phone, laughed at my dad and HUNG UP ON HIM. She has always been THE WORST waitress they have and I can't believe she still has a job. Regardless and personal feelings aside, all my dad wanted to do was ask for a cell number so we could send the pictures but he couldn't even say that. All he said was his name and she hung up on him. By far the W-O-R-S-T customer service experience my parents or I have ever had anywhere (and I have traveled all over).
Like I said in the beginning, we don't want people to stop going here. But I want everyone to be an informed consumer. And I hope for your sake you don't have to deal with the white woman (whom I wish I could call by her name but she's never been really important enough to remember). Over 10 years of great Chinese food, but after a combination of fly egg infested beef and an awful waitress we are done. We will be taking our service elsewhere. Thank you for all your wonderful years of service, George and Rose. We wish you well in your future.
