Brisket is a difficult to smoke-tender item and they have not risen to the challenge. It is often dry as is the pulled pork. Perhaps this is simply due to the reheat nature of a food stand, but anyone seeking a quality BBQ experience will find this place greatly lacking.
Excellent food, generous portions, and friendly service, they can't be beaten by any other barbecue place!!!

While I no longer stop here due to the inconsistent quality, my overall go-to item was the Nate Special. The pulled pork is blended with onion and peppers topped with cheese which adds plenty of flavor, just not smokiness. Nor does it become tender as expected from a low and slow cook.
Great food here, a small local ran business. Only lost a star because it is a little expensive, so if you are looking for something cheap better hit up the McDonalds up the street. If you want local meat smoked to perfection this is where you go.
While the French fries and sweet potato fries are decent; removed from the bag, cut and deep fried as you wait, the overall quality and consistency are greatly lacking.
Their homemade sauce has recently changed and while it was acceptable before it has now become chunky in texture and similar to a tomato sauce both in texture and flavor.
